Sport Durst Collision and Cosmetic Center - Durham

They were fantastic. A deer decided to hit my Mazda and do more damage than it should have. “Ms. Geico” was fantastic from the start, as was her estimator. I got regular text message updates, and they did a great job of letting me know if a 3rd party part arrived that didn’t meet their satisfaction. I hope I never go there again, but I have to, I will 100% take my car there.

I Took my car in because someone had backed into me at a stoplight. The repair team was excellent! They explained what my repair would entail and how long they thought it would be. The text communications were great. Kept me up-to-date on the progress. When I picked up my car, the repairs were A+. I appreciate the team at sports collision and cosmetic center! Job well done!

They were incredibly attentive with their communication and kept us updated every step of the way regarding the status of my car. The rental process was smooth and straightforward as well. I ended up needing my car back sooner than expected due to an unforeseen situation, and they rearranged their schedule to accommodate mine without hesitation. I can’t recommend them enough. Hopefully I won’t be hitting any more mailboxes anytime soon, but if I ever need repairs again, I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

The team at Sports Durst Collision did an amazing job repairing damage to my vehicle. The staff was courteous, professional and very helpful throughout the process. Updates about the status of the repair were communicated regularly and I received prompt, clear answers to my questions. I also appreciated the coordination with the car rental agency for pick up and drop off of my rental car. Great work, great folks at Sports Durst!

I had an unexpected run in with a deer which led me to Sport Durst Collision & Cosmetic Center. Everything from dropping my vehicle off to pick up was exceptionally smooth. I had the pleasure of working with Natalie, Cameron, & YaShone. Having to deal with insurance & repairs can be stressful but they made the process so simple and non stressful. I was even able to track the progress of my repairs during this process. Upon pick up my car it looked brand new!! They went above and beyond to clean my car inside & out following repairs. For me personally it went above and beyond my expectations especially considering working weekend nights out of town in healthcare lead me to having a messy car that I rarely have energy to clean — I am so thankfully for their incredible work & care. If you ever find yourself in need of a repair shop they are #1 & only on my list of shops. If I ever find myself in need of repairs I can assure you I will be reaching out to them again. If you’re reading this review go ahead and give them a call to have an incredible experience like myself. ❤️
